Privacy and cookies

morethanstreams.com is run by More Than Streams LTD, a Bulgarian company, and in practice by me, Finch Bergling. This page says what I collect, why, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted. Questions go to finch@finchbergling.com.

What I collect and why

Only what the thing in front of you needs, and only because you gave it to me:

Your email address, when you join the newsletter or a challenge, download a free guide, log in to a course or a tool, or buy something. I use it to send what you signed up for and to give you access to what you bought.
Order details (what you bought, when, and what you typed in the order form) so I can deliver it and keep the accounts. Card details go to Stripe and never reach me.
What you put into the tools: clips, songs, text and pictures. They are used to make the thing you asked for and nothing else. The AI tools send what you type or upload to OpenAI to produce the answer.
Applications and bookings: what you tell me about yourself and your music when you apply to work with me or book a call, so I can reply and run the work.

I do not sell your data and I run no advertising trackers on this site.

Content Factory can offer to post the videos it makes to your own Instagram or TikTok account. This is optional and off until you connect an account. If you do: I receive your account name, profile picture, account id, and a key that lets the tool publish on your behalf. Nothing else, no messages, no followers, no reading your feed. The key is used only to post the videos you chose, with the captions you approved, at the times you set, and each post is one you saw and confirmed in the tool. To end it, disconnect the account inside Content Factory, remove Content Factory in your Instagram or TikTok settings, or email me. Any of those deletes the key and any posts not yet published.

Who else handles it

Companies that run parts of the site for me, each getting only what its part needs: Vercel and Upstash (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Kit (email), UploadThing (file storage), Bunny (course video), OpenAI (the AI tools), Notion and Zoho (client records and my inbox), Google Analytics (visit counts). Some are in the United States and work under the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Spotify and YouTube players embedded on some pages set their own cookies under their own policies.

Cookies

Logins, your cart and closed popups are remembered in your browser; those are needed for the site to work and need no permission. The one cookie that does is Google Analytics (_ga, up to two years), which tells me which pages get read. It is only set after you press "Accept" on the cookie box. Decline and Google gets an anonymous page-view ping with no cookie. Change your mind any time: .

How long I keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Orders and invoices for as long as Bulgarian accounting law requires (ten years). Accounts and their content for as long as you have the account, with Content Factory files cleaned up on the schedule in its terms. Applications I did not take on for about a year. Analytics reports for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, get a copy, or object to how I use it. Email finch@finchbergling.com from the address you used with me and I will do it within a month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your own country.
