Terms of use

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms are the deal between you and Content Factory, a tool run by More Than Streams LTD ("I", "me", because it is one person and you will be emailing that person). By logging in or using the tool you agree to them. I wrote them to be readable. The short version of every section is that your music and your videos are yours, because they are.

What the tool does

You upload short video clips and, if you want, a song. You paste or generate short lines of text (hooks). The tool lays every hook over every clip and renders the combinations as vertical videos you can post or run as ads. Rendering happens on my servers. The hooks the writer suggests are produced by an AI model from templates I wrote, filled in from the lyrics and details you give it. They are suggestions: read them before you use them.

Your account

You log in with an email address and a link sent to it. There is no password. Keep your inbox safe, because anyone who can read your email can open your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Your content stays yours

  • Your clips, songs, lyrics and hooks remain yours. You give me only the licence I need to store and process them to make your videos.
  • The finished videos are yours too. Post them, run ads with them, sell them, put them anywhere. I claim nothing.
  • I never use your uploads or your videos to train AI, mine or anyone else's, and I never use them in my own marketing without asking you first.

What you promise about your uploads

You upload only what you have the rights to: your own footage and your own music, or footage and music you are allowed to use and publish. No other artists' songs, no clips of people who have not agreed to be in an ad, nothing unlawful, nothing that could get someone hurt. If a rights holder or a person in a clip shows me a valid claim, I can remove the content and, for repeat cases, close the account. If someone brings a claim against me because your uploads broke these promises, you cover the damages and reasonable costs the claim causes me, to the extent the breach is yours. If you are a consumer, this applies only as far as the law of your country allows.

Plans and payment

The free plan lets you upload a few clips, get some hooks written and see every preview. It does not include exporting or downloading. Two paid plans open the whole tool: $14 a month, or $99 a year. The yearly plan also includes access to the Label Level Ads course on the More Than Streams Academy, granted to the same email address.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to me. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from "Manage subscription" inside the tool; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Course access that came with a yearly plan stays yours after the plan ends.

The prices shown are in US dollars. Prices can change for new subscriptions; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and I will tell you by email before it applies to a renewal.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases. When you subscribe you agree that I start delivering the service immediately. You keep the withdrawal right, and if you use it within 14 days I refund the payment minus the value of what you exported in that time. Outside that, refunds are at my discretion, and the honest rule is: if the tool did not do what this page says it does, email me and I will make it right.

The free plan is a courtesy

Free features are sized for real musicians trying the tool. I may change or limit them, for example for suspected automated signups or when a day's free capacity is used up, to keep the tool healthy for everyone. That never affects anything you have paid for.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded clips, songs, prepared clips and finished videos are stored so you can reopen a batch and export it again. They are deleted automatically once a batch has been untouched for 7 days on the free plan and 30 days on a paid plan. Your hooks, text settings and batch names always stay, so coming back means re-uploading clips, not starting over. You can delete all your files at any time with the button in the tool, and a deleted file cannot be recovered. Download your finished videos when they are ready; storage is a workbench, not an archive.

Fair use

Do not abuse the tool: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no reselling access, no sharing one login between many people, no rendering content that is illegal, hateful or sexual involving minors. I can suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The tool is provided as it stands, without warranties beyond what the law guarantees. I work to keep it available and to render every video correctly, but I do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and delays or failures caused by events beyond my reasonable control (including outages at the providers I rent servers and storage from) are not a breach of these terms. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law says cannot be limited.

Privacy

What I handle and why, in one place, because this tool does not need a separate privacy policy to say it: I store your email address (it is your login), your uploads (clips, songs), the text you type (hooks, lyrics, song details, batch names), the videos the tool makes, and your plan and billing status. Stripe holds your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. The hook writer sends the lyrics and details you type to OpenAI to produce suggestions; nothing else you upload goes to any AI provider, and the clips and songs are only ever seen by my rendering server. Files are stored with UploadThing, records with Upstash, and the site runs on Vercel. I use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and Stripe tells me when a payment happens. I do not sell data and do not run ad tracking on the tool. To delete your account and everything in it, email finch@finchbergling.com from your login address. The site-wide privacy and cookie policy covers the rest, including what happens if you connect an Instagram or TikTok account.

Ending things

You can delete your batches and files any time from inside the tool. To close your account entirely, email me from your login address and I will remove it, files included. I can end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

Changes

If I change these terms in a way that matters, I will tell you by email or inside the tool before it takes effect. Using the tool after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can end the agreement and delete your account before it applies.

Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. Two things stand above that sentence: if you are a consumer, you always keep the protections the mandatory laws of your own country give you, and you may bring or defend a dispute in your home courts where those laws say so. If something goes wrong, email me first. Most problems are fixable faster than any formal route.

The housekeeping

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force and the invalid part is read as the closest valid version of what it plainly tried to do. Me not enforcing a term today does not waive it for tomorrow. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else without my consent; I may transfer it as part of a business change, with your rights riding along undiminished. These terms are the whole agreement between us, and the sections that by their nature should outlive it (your ownership of your content, the liability limits, this section) survive its end.
